3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Room rates vary based on:

3.3 Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Follow all house rules and guidelines
• Treat staff and other guests with respect

5. Prohibited Activities

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary based on booking type and circumstances:

6.1 Standard Cancellation

• More than 48 hours: Full refund
• 24-48 hours: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

6.2 Emergency Cancellations

Emergency cancellations due to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis with full consideration of the situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sri Janaki Mahal Trust shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury or accidents
• Service interruptions beyond our control

• Force majeure events

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the accommodation service.
